Susana Trilling is a chef and friend who has lived in Oaxaca for 30 years and is an authority on Oaxacan cuisine. She gives a weekly class on Wednesdays at her school in Etla that includes transportation from the centro in Oaxaca city, market visit and breakfast, cooking class and meal.
